BELLES & BEAUS - Are going to see a movie! Downton Abbey at South Edmonton Common at 1 pm on Tuesday October 8th. with coffee afterwards. Please sign up on sheet in the Narthex. BOOK CLUB - Meets the last Tuesday of the month in the Church Lounge at 10:30 am. Please see New Schedule on the Notice Board.
ST. FAITH’S – We are assisting St. Faith’s Anglican Church with the purchase of a new (used) meat slicer for their community dinners. The full cost is $180.00. We offered to pay half for sure. If you would like to make a personal donation towards this purchase, please donate to St. Augustine’s and let Rev. Jonathan know. You will be eligible for a tax receipt if you mark your cheque in memo area as “Meat Slicer or St. Faith’s”. Thank you.
SEPTEMBER COFFEE FUNDRAISER – for medical cards in support of seniors in Burundi. Last year was a great success. We plan to do it again! Sundays, September 22 and 29. Please join us and support this event. ***WE NEED YOUR HELP*** Thank you.

SHAKERS & MAKERS MARKET – Our very own GANG – SAT. OCTOBER 26 from 10 am – 3 pm – Southminster-Steinhauer United Church at 10740 – 19 Avenue. Admission $1.00 – Concession available. Beautiful handmade items and baking – Please come out in support.
Simple Supper- This is a delicious Community ’Simple Supper” held on the last Friday of the month (omitting December)- at St.Augustine’s Church. The supper is prepared by a dedicated group of 4 teams that provide a varied menu of hearty meals . The dinners are served at 5:30 pm and the cost is $8.00 for adults, children under 12 are free. We always make a little profit that accumulates over the year and is donated equally to our charity of choice (THE GANG) and to the St.Augustines General Purpose fund. We encourage everyone to join us, bring a friend, and allow yourself the pleasure of a wonderful Friday evening free from cooking! The next Simple Supper is Friday, Sept.27th . Please Come!
