As we all should be aware by now, Alberta has increased pandemic response measures.  It is our true Christian understanding to take these up as a way of caring for the weakest in our society and in deep respect for our health care workers, teachers, and other front-line workers who are bearing the brunt of COVIC-19's effects.

Bishop Jane has rightly asked us to keep all our services, meetings, and visits online especially over these next four weeks.  The church office hours will effectively be closed, although, June, Joanne, and I will be in periodically through this time.

We have learned already to worship online, and to be checking in with each other by phone. I am so impressed by the St. A's community - your creativity, your care, your expressions of hope.

Anne Wightman is preaching this Sunday, Sunday the 20th we have a grand lessons and carol's service with many (pre-recorded) voices included, and Christmas eve we gather online at 7pm.

Bless you as you sort out what Christmas will look like for yourselves and your families in this strange year.

Let's all stay in touch.   Jonathan+
