Morningstar Collective kitchen meets at St A's

Sheila Thompson and Eman from the Fulton neighborhood helped organize and test out an idea of a collective kitchen with residents of the new supportive housing building near Capilano skatepark.

For a small fee, 5 residents came this past Friday afternoon and joined in to help cook 3 meals, and package them up for their freezer.

Rev. Jonathan joined in to to help negotiate the kitchen and visit.

The idea is to organize similar events once a month to share cooking skills, and create some meals to carry through the weeks.

We will need a church host (two at most) to be present each event. If you are interested, let rev. Jonathan know.
